Some also place glue traps outside, unintentionally harming, injuring and often killing urban wildlife such as sparrows and woodpeckers, wildlife experts say. The bill is currently in the state Senate Consumer Protection Committee and has a way to go before being delivered to the governor for consideration.Mice, rats and bugs are not the only critters that wind up trapped in the glue.
