The band, who are reuniting for the first time since 2009 for the tour, confirmed that pricing was left up to the 'promoters and management' but announced two extra London dates for fans who missed out.
Oasis have broken their silence over the recent 'in demand' Ticketmaster fiasco which recently saw fans asked to pay as much as £350 per ticket, around £200 more than had been advertised, after waiting hours in the queue.
In a statement issued to the Press Association, the band said: "It needs to be made clear that Oasis leave decisions on ticketing and pricing entirely to their promoters and management, and at no time had any awareness that dynamic pricing was going to be used." READ MORE: Oasis fans who faced soaring ticket costs after queuing for hours urged to contact trading standards The band say they have now announced two more dates at Wembley Stadium in September 2025, in a bid to try to help some of the fans who missed out by making tickets available through a special invite-only ballot.
The new dates, on September 27 and 28, now mean the band will be playing seven concerts at Wembley. These dates have been added to the three shows they are playing in Edinburgh's Murrayfield Stadium, as well as those in Manchester, Cardiff and Dublin.
