Reports suggest a price cap will be in place
Oasis fans lucky enough to be in contention for tickets after ballot codes were sent out for two extra Wembley dates will not risk being hit by dynamic pricing, it has been reported.
General sale tickets sold out on August 31 following an earlier pre-sale ballot. Fans were left fuming after waiting in the queue for hours, only to be met with massively hiked prices once they were able to select tickets.Gallagher brothers fans reported tickets priced at £355, rather than the original £148, due to Ticketmaster's dynamic pricing structure, with costs fluctuating according to demand.
Earlier this week, Oasis were told to 'do the right thing' and refund fans hit by inflated ticket prices. Consumer group Which? blasted the failure to warn fans ticket prices could rocket due to high demand.
