President Joe Biden has brought in his old boss, former President Barack Obama , to help raise money from small-dollar donors, Axios reported.
The series of seven social media ads were designed to play off the familiar buddy routine Biden and Obama had when the two spent eight years together at the White House. The new ads take a softer, light-hearted approach to fundraising, hoping to make even the $3 contributor feel welcome.
