Kenny Noble would often indulge in takeaways and going out for meals with his family. After changing his lifestyle, he has now dropped from a 56 inch wait to just 38.
A morbidly obese dad decided enough is enough after seeing his wedding pictures for the first time - and immediately decided it was time to change his lifestyle
At the time, he worked in an office-based role and it wasn't until he saw images from his wedding day that alarm bells started ringing in Kenny's head. Weighing over 31 stones, he decided it was time to prioritise his health. "I had been kicked off the ride at Blackpool because the safety belt wouldn’t pass around me. I felt embarrassed that I let myself get so heavy."
He added: "Sometimes you are disgruntled and put off going to the gym when you are heavy. Everyone is there for the same reason and on the same journey which makes Man v Fat a lot more beneficial.
