The WRC legend is the most successful driver in the event’s storied history
Sebastien Ogier has said claiming a record-extending 10th Monte Carlo Rally victory means “the world” - but has “no idea” if it will be his final appearance at the historic event. Ogier emerged from a dramatic last day to claim victory by 18.5seconds over Toyota team-mate Elfyn Evans at the famous asphalt rally, which opened the 2025 World Rally Championship campaign.
” While Ogier’s Monte Carlo future is yet to be determined, the 41-year-old is set to contest a partial WRC campaign with Toyota once again this year. When pressed on his stage end comments about his future, he added: “Hopefully not, but I don’t know “I just want to enjoy this moment in this incredible series. I will obviously do some more rallying this season in WRC but I don’t know about next year.
