More records have been released by the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office surrounding the death of Airman Robert Fortson.OKALOOSA COUNTY, Fla. - , in Fort Walton Beach. Deputies were responding to calls regarding a disturbance at an apartment complex. Records released today include the non-emergency call reporting a disturbance at 319 Racetrack Road, apartment 1401.

Attorney Ben Crump is representing the family of Fortson, and he claims Fortson was alone when a deputy knocked on his door. NewsChannel 7 has reached out to Crump’s Office and we are waiting to hear back regarding their response to the records released Friday.Initial call to the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office non-emergency phone line requesting service to Fortson’s apartment complexThe incident report completed at the time of the shootingOCSO says an administrative internal affairs investigation has also been started with consent from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
