Ola Jordan has shared a jaw-dropping video of her husband James picking her up and twirling her around after the pair shed weight as part of an exercise and healthy eating overhaul. The former Strictly Come Dancing professional dancers beamed in clips posted on Ola's Instagram as James skillfully lifted his wife.
Proudly posting a collection of snaps displaying James' weight loss stage by stage, she gasped: "OMG! He really is the Incredible Shrinking Man!" She explained about their weight loss: "It took a bit longer than that in reality - four months in total. Although the first two weeks were quite dramatic. We lost two stone between us in a fortnight. Pretty crazy eh?! But we had a lot to lose and you always lose more in the first couple of weeks."
