Olivia Buckland and Alex Bowen are the true success story of Love Island and have just moved into their stunning £1million five-bedroom home after spotting it on the market last year.
"This house has been here for 17 years. When I was younger, my mum used to drive me past it and we’d say, 'Imagine living in that house'. She came with us to the viewing, and we were all a bit gobsmacked," Olivia recalled. They fell in love with the house, which is just down the road from Gemma Collins, even though Alex explained he had no desires to move to the countryside, but was left convinced by the promise it would be their sanctuary.
So far, the couple have placed new carpets in their living room along with an enormous sofa. Previously the living room had dark blue carpets and a white leather sofa when they bought the property, and the couple were quick to swap it all out with their new furniture so they could put their own stamp on their abode.
