'I had so many profound emotions about not being able to carry my daughter. When I first met our gestational surrogate we spoke mother to mother. She showed me so much grace and understanding, I knew I had found a real-life angel. Words cannot express my gratitude that she kept our baby safe for 9 months and made our dreams come true.
The couple are now parents of two - in addition to baby Méi, they also share two-year-old son Malcolm. In an exclusive interview with Good Morning America's Michael Strahan, the X-Men: Apocalypse actress confirmed that she made the decision to go through a round of egg retrieval because she and John 'weren't done growing our family.'
Olivia revealed in March of this year that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer in April 2023, and since then she has undergone four surgeries - including a double mastectomy - with the treatment putting her into medically induced menopause
