The gold medallist has lived in the boutique complex with a swimming pool since 2017, but now hopes to downsize.

The Olympic gold medallist bought the home in 2017 for $2.75 million.Legendary Olympic swimmer Ian Thorpe has listed his Woollahra home with a price guide of $3.7 million.

The 216-square-metre home is spread across three levels with a bathroom on each one and prized double parking.The third bedroom is on the top floor where it can be used as a second living space with another balcony, while the fourth bedroom can be used as a home office. The property is a short walk to Queen Street village, Edgecliff Station, local restaurants and Trumper Park.
