Ngamba, who made history at the 2024 Paris Olympics as the first ever athlete to win a medal for the Refugee Team, has signed a multi-fight deal with BOXXER and is eager to translate her amateur success to the professional realm. \The 26-year-old from Bolton, trained by the GB team in Sheffield, boasts an impressive resume, having captured national titles in three different weight classes and securing Olympic Bronze in Paris. Her opponent, Bavington, is a seasoned campaigner who currently holds the European Welterweight title. The 32-year-old from Wolverhampton showcased her dominance by outpointing Marine Beauchamp in France last October, marking the beginning of her second reign as European champion. Bavington previously held the title in 2022 and challenged Tokyo 2020 Olympic gold medalist Lauren Price in a historic first-ever female British title fight in May 2023, narrowly losing a ten-round points decision.
