We are about to see changes in Salt Lake City and beyond over the next ten years, before the Olympics arrive.
Caputo’s Deli was originally established in 1997 and was in business during the 2002 Olympics . Now they’ve expanded to three different locations, continuing to change with the city that we all know and love.“We were working a lot but it was also a really fun vibe,” Caputo said. “You felt like you were in the place to be while you working these catering jobs."“The Olympics were certainly a positive impact on our business for sure,” Caputo said.
Dee Brewer, Executive Director of Salt Lake City Downtown Alliance, said there are lots of plans to achieve over the next decade here.
