SAN ANTONIO - Operation Gratitude was back at it on Tuesday in San Antonio."I want to make sure that San Antonio is producing enough packages for all the service men and women that are coming out of San Antonio," said Executive Director of Operation Gratitude Meg Barrom.
The event was Tuesday morning at the Boeing Center inside the Tech Port Area where 3,000 recruit graduates and 2,000 first responder care packages were assembled. Those care packages offer a small reminder that Americans across the nation support and appreciate their service and sacrifice. Operation Gratitude is a National non-profit committed to boosting the morale of the military and first responders by recognizing their service through volunteer-based gratitude initiatives.
