The 70-year-old took part in a three-hour WeightWatchers special broadcast live on YouTube on Thursday, where she apologized for her role in promoting toxic diet culture.Oprah looked beautiful in high-waisted, loose-fit pink pants with a matching top that boasted a high neck, long sleeves, and cut-out detailing.Rebel looked equally as glam, wearing a fitted black dress with multi-colored pleats that showcased her curves.
"I’ve been a major contributor to it. I cannot tell you how many weight-loss shows and makeovers I have done, and they have been a staple since I’ve been working in television." Recently, she sparked controversy when she revealed that she had turned to an unnamed weight-loss drug to help her maintain her slimmed-down physique after previously calling drugs like Ozempic an "easy way out".
"What I realized when I listened to what the doctor said that you are always going to put it back on, and it's like holding your breath underwater and trying not to rise."
