Oregon Ducks Pitcher Brock Moore Drafted By The Seattle Mariners

After advancing to the super regional with the Oregon Ducks, the right-handed pitcher is getting a crack to live out his MLB dream.

Moore was one of the top weapons out of the bullpen finishing with a 4-1 overall record and a 5.81 ERA. In 17 games with the, he spent two season with Menlo College in the Bay Area who played at the NAIA level. Moore had a 2-7 overall record with a 3.50 ERA in 17 games played with the Oaks from 2022-23.State Beavers. On April 30th, he struck out eight consecutive batters in thanks to his consistently touched 100-MPH fastball.

"Moore is a 6-foot-6, 230-pound righthander with a big time fastball who spent three seasons in junior college before transferring to Oregon for the 2024 season. Moore sits in the upper 90s with his fastball and has gotten the pitch up to 101 mph, and unsurprisingly pitches heavily off the pitch given its velocity.
