The Blues have completed a loan deal for the Belgium international midfielder
Everton have confirmed the signing of Orel Mangala. The midfielder signs for the Blues on loan for the rest of the season from Lyon. The deal is a straight loan, meaning there is no obligation or option for the Toffees to sign the Belgium international permanently come the end of the campaign. The 26-year-old returns to the Premier League having joined the French club from Nottingham Forest in January.
