The Baltimore Orioles are acquiring outfielder/designated hitter Eloy Jimenez from the Chicago White Sox, per ESPN's Jeff Passan.Jimenez, 27, has mainly played DH over the last few years but does have experience in the outfield, mainly in left field.Jimenez has appeared in 65 games for the White Sox this season, slashing .240/.297/.345 with five home runs, 16 runs batted in, and an OPS of .642.
Soto made 43 appearances with the Phillies this year, sporting a 4.08 ERA across 35.1 innings of work. He also has 44 strikeouts and has allowed just two home runs.Orioles Acquire Outfielder From RedsFinally, the Orioles also acquired outfielder Austin Slater from the Cincinnati Reds.Slater, 31, appeared in just eight games with the Reds after being acquired in a trade from the San Francisco Giants. Now, he's on the move for the second time this season.
