A sad day for the Lancaster community after a major LGBTQ organization has announced that it is "dissolving".
Over the past year, the coalition has experienced rapid leadership turnover, resulting in significant losses in organizational memory and leaving current leaders unprepared for our roles. The overwhelming operating costs and the lack of executive staff have further strained our ability to function effectively. Importantly, we recognize that our organization has failed to meet the needs of the local LGBTQIA+ community.
