Amanda Owen uncovered some grim history on Monday evening's episode of Our Farm Next Door when she delved into the past of Anty John's and its former inhabitants.
Amanda conveyed her curiosity to the historian, remarking: "I guess what I am wanting to find out is who in this extensive family tree was actually residing in my house at Anty John's." He also presented details from John's inquest, which Amanda read: "The body of the man, aged about 81, is lying dead at Smithy Home .
