Our Yorkshire Farm star Reuben Owen has opened up about his parents Amanda and Clive's split, saying it's 'not a big deal' for him and his eight siblings, as everyone 'gets along'
Our Yorkshire Farm star Reuben Owen has opened up about his parents' decision to separate and how they told him about the news. The 20 year old is the son of Amanda and Clive Owen, who previously starred in the hit TV series until they split up.
Reuben has now revealed how his parents broke the sad news to him and his eight siblings. He explained that Amanda and Clive gathered the family together to share the news of their separation. Reuben added: "It's quite simple really. Everyone gets along great. It's not really changed for any of us, if you get me." Asked whether his parents have been pragmatic and made sure nothing else has changed, Reuben added: "Yes, they decided and that was that. They are happy as they are."
Reuben landed his own six-part TV series following the cancellation of Our Yorkshire Farm. The show, titled Reuben Owen: Life in the Dales, began airing on Channel 5 on 28 March.
