David Sumner's two Caucasian Shepherds bit two passersby and caused another to be injured during their rampage
A dog bit three people after its owner allowed it to run wild in an industrial estate. David Sumner, 42, from Merseyside, appeared before court on Thursday, May 11, and admitted having a dog dangerously out of control, reports North Wales Live.
Cops were told that one of them animals had already bitten several people. The court heard how Thomas Graham was on his morning run when the barking female dog "cornered him" before he was bitten on the arm. A mum who had just dropped her child off for a martial arts session at the estate when she was bitten on the hip by the female dog, and jumped into her motor to "scream for help." Marek Midura, tried to defend her own small dog when she was bitten "a number of times" on the arm.
