Families have been impacted by the ongoing cost of living crisis with hefty prices at the supermarkets, high interest rates and Labor's failure so far to bring down electricity prices after promising $275 cheaper bills. Mr Birmingham also claimed households had witnessed"real growth" in their income under previous Coalition governments compared to Labor."Under Peter they’re going to get a very clear choice. He’s not running a small-target strategy. He’s offering people a different choice in terms of our energy markets with zero emissions nuclear," he said to Sky News host Peter Stefanovic.
"The number one priority of my government is to continue providing support. My message is - we have your back," Mr Albanese said.Almost half of those polled in the Redbridge questionnaire believe Australia is heading in the wrong direction, while one third argued the country is on the right track.
