The Scots actor has raised a phenomenal amount of money for good causes through the organisation
Outlander actor Sam Heughan has raised a whopping £590,000 for charity this year, with the help of his organisation My Peak Challenge, which he founded in 2017. Fellow members - known as Peakers - set themselves a challenge, physical or otherwise, in a bid to raise cash.
And since the organisation began, they have raised around $6.9m for good causes. This year alone, Peakers have raised over $711k and planted 607,000 trees. "What Peakers we have! I couldn't be more proud of everything we have accomplished. As we reach the end of MPC2022 and in honor of #GivingTuesday, we are reflecting on what an incredible year this was for our #Peaker community!"
"Thank you to all our #Peakers for supporting the vital work of our charity partners. I can't wait to share what we are planning for #MPC2023! Get ready, Peakers! Happy holidays!"
