Texas DPS confirms 20+ arrests at UT Austin as police face off with pro-Palestine protesters demanding divestment.
The Texas Department of Public Safety has confirmed that more than 20 arrests have been made during clashes Wednesday between law enforcement and pro- Palestine protesters at the University of Texas at Austin.
DPS stated that their goal was to arrest anyone engaging in criminal activity, including criminal trespass.
