In 2018, Jenny Woo launched Mind Brain Emotion at Harvard Innovation Labs while completing her Master's at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Her project, aimed at enhancing emotional intelligence through educational card games, began with the"52 Essential Conversations" deck. Balancing academics, her startup, and family life, Woo expanded her offering to 11 card decks focusing on essential social skills.

Woo holds multiple degrees, including a Ph.D. in Human Development and Education from UC Irvine and an MBA from UC Berkeley. She is an entrepreneur and an emotional intelligence expert; Woo's journey highlights the essential role of handling workplace challenges with resilience. In a corporate world where gender biases and stereotypes exist, her use of emotional intelligence is critical to promoting empathy, tackling barriers, and enacting significant changes.

It's important to make a conscious effort to showcase your contributions and let others know that you recognize your value.
