Pampanga Gov. Dennis Pineda offered a P1-million reward for information that will lead to the arrest of two gunmen who attacked the provincial legal officer in the City of San Fernando early Monday. | junmaligINQ /PDI

In a post on his Facebook page also on Monday, Pineda strongly condemned the attack on lawyer Gerome Tubig.

Tubig just parked his car in front of the VL Makabali Memorial Hospital in downtown San Fernando around 7:30 a.m. when two helmet-wearing men aboard a Yamaha Aerox motorcycle arrived and fired several shots at the driver’s side of his car.
