CAMP FLORENDO, La Union – Authorities destroyed fully grown marijuana plants valued at P18.1 million during an eradication operation in the boundaries of Sugpon, Ilocos Sur, and Kibungan, Benguet on Sunday, September 22.
The operation dubbed Indica Bravo was conducted by the 1st Ilocos Sur Provincial Mobile Force Company in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency -Benguet and the Kibungan Municipal Police Station .
Destroyed were 90,000 fully-grown marijuana plants worth P18 million and 4,000 marijuana seedlings valued at P160,000.
