Not an inkling that was trading with a government agent, Guidayos brought 60 pieces of dried marijuana leaves and stalks in cylindrical packaging tucked inside three chute sacks to their agreed rendezvous. He was immediately accosted when he handed the cannabis and received the supposed payment, which were a combination of genuine and fluorescent powder-laced boodle money.
