During the event, Pacquiao was named as “Ambassador for the Homeless and Vulnerable” by an international philanthropic organization, Spring Rain Global . During his visit in Cebu, Pacquiao also turned over 10 generator sets from Veloce Esports and Team Pacquiao GG to 10 communities in the province, which still have no power supply after Typhoon Odette.
