A Co Tyrone business has welcomed Paddy McGuinness 'inside the factory' for a new episode of the popular TV show. Inside The Factory sees Paddy McGuinness and Cherry Healey visit factory floors across the UK to explore their massive production lines and uncover the secrets behind our common supermarket staples. In a new episode, airing on February 4, Paddy discovers the exact ingredients that make a sausage roll as he steps behind the scenes at the bustling McColgan's factory in Strabane.
\ In the first Northern Ireland-based episode of the series, he gets a look at a factory where 2.5 million sausage rolls are made every week. McColgan's has been a household name in Strabane for generations and is now one of Ireland's largest independent producers of savory foods. Nigel Cairns, Commercial Director, McColgan's said: “Having Paddy and the team with us to film this episode of Inside the Factory was absolutely brilliant for everyone involved.
