Paddy and Laura have been together since they were teenagers
The Huyton-born Mixed Martial Artist tied the knot with long-term partner Laura Gregory in a ceremony attended by the likes of fellow UFC star Molly McCann and singer Jamie Webster. and he proposed to his partner whilst on holiday in Thailand three years ago.
He announced he will return to the octagon for the first time in seven months after controversially beating Jared Gordon.
