A convicted paedophile father in the UK has avoided deportation to Pakistan after a judge ruled it would be 'unduly harsh' on his two young children. The unnamed father, who was jailed for 18 months for attempting to solicit sex from three 'barely pubescent' girls, is not allowed to live with his offspring. Despite this, a tribunal judge decided against deportation due to the impact on his children. The Home Office has appealed this decision, which has been criticized as 'contrary to the evidence, plainly wrong and rationally insupportable'.

They also said jailing him would have a reduced impact on his family as he was not then living with them. All iPhone users urged to ‘update their devices now’ after security breach
