A convicted paedophile father in the UK has avoided deportation to Pakistan after a judge ruled it would be 'unduly harsh' on his two young children. The unnamed father, who was jailed for 18 months for attempting to solicit sex from three 'barely pubescent' girls, is not allowed to live with his offspring. Despite this, a tribunal judge decided against deportation due to the impact on his children. The Home Office has appealed this decision, which has been criticized as 'contrary to the evidence, plainly wrong and rationally insupportable'.
