Typhoon Aghon is expected to leave the Philippine Area of Responsibility Wednesday afternoon, according to PAGASA . The local weather bureau said Aghon is "unlikely to directly bring significant amount of rainfall within the next three days."However, PAGASA said Aghon will influence the Southwesterly Windflow which will cause rains over some parts of Luzon.In its 11 a.m.
“Mariners of motorbancas and similarly-sized vessels are advised to take precautionary measures while venturing out to sea and, if possible, avoid navigating in these conditions, especially if inexperienced or operating ill-equipped vessels,” PAGASA warned.Aghon was last spotted 1,060 kilometers east northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon with maximum sustained winds of 130 km per hour and gustiness of up to 160 km/h.It was moving northeastward at 35 km/h.
