These will be brought by easterlies and localized thunderstorms, the state weather bureau said in its 5 p.m. forecast.
Light to moderate winds from the northeast and slight to moderate seas will also persist over Palawan, the Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro. Meanwhile, light to moderate winds from the northeast to the north and slight to moderate seas will take over the Visayas. PAGASA also noted in its 4 p.m. bulletin that the ridge of high pressure area will continue to affect northern Luzon.
Caraga and Davao Regions are set to have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms, while partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms will prevail in the rest of the archipelago, both caused by easterlies.No gale warning alert was raised for the rest of the country's seaboard.
