Larry Lucas, 57, is accused of entering restrictive grounds, disorderly conduct in a Capitol building and demonstrating in a Capitol building. He was charged in U.S. District Court in Cleveland, but his case will be transferred to federal court in Washington.

Documents filed Friday show the FBI used records from Google and Verizon to indicate that Lucas was inside the Capitol during the attack on the Capitol. The filings also photos of Lucas inside and outside the building on Jan. 6. Lucas is accused of joining thousands at the Capitol on the same day both chambers of Congress certified Joe Biden the winner of the November presidential election.
