Brediland Primary School achieved ‘good’ evaluations in the two areas it was assessed on.

The quality of education delivered at Brediland Primary School in Paisley has been praised following a visit by a watchdog.

It was noted by inspectors that staff across the school “promote positive, trusting relationships and create calm and purposeful learning environments”. There is also a dedicated St Mirren section that will follow every kick of the ball with the Buddies.Another key strength was staff across the school know children and their families very well with a range of support to reduce barriers to children’s learning. Inspectors also noted senior leaders have led “effective improvements” in the teaching of literacy and numeracy – as a result, most children are making good progress in their learning.
