The Palace on Monday said that they would ask the Bureau of Internal Revenue and the economic cluster about the Marcos family's unpaid estate taxes worth P203 billion.
"I will ask the commissioner of BIR about his stand on the issue," said acting presidential spokesperson Martin Andanar. "I will ask the economic cluster of the Palace. Obviously, the question is bordering on politics."
