Pamela Anderson has signed on to star opposite Liam Neeson in Paramount Pictures' upcoming Naked Gun reboot.
The film is scheduled to make its debut in theaters on July 18, 2025. Even though the untitled reboot currently has no direct competition on the day of its release, it will still be debuting in the same month as three high-profile movies:The untitled project will be a modern reimagining of the 1980s comedy film The Naked Gun, which was led by late comedic actor Leslie Nielsen.
The original 1988 movie served as a spin-off to 1982’s Police Squad! It featured Nielsen reprising his role as Detective Sergeant Frank Drebin. It went on to spawn off two more sequels, including 1991’s The Naked Gun 2½: The Smell of Fear and 1994’s Naked Gun 33 1⁄3: The Final Insult.Maggie Dela Paz has been writing about the movie and TV industry for more than four years now.
