'This is due to the easterlies which also bring isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the late afternoon or at night,' the Pagasa forecaster said.Meanwhile, Tuguegarao City will still have to bear with much hotter weather as the air temperature in the area could reach 38 degrees Celsius, followed by Metro Manila at 37 degrees Celsius.The state weather bureau reiterated its reminders to the public to limit the time spent outdoors particularly from 10 a.m.
