Paralysed woman who can’t speak ‘recoiled in terror as doctor sexually abused her’

He was apprehended by police while challenging the suspension of his medical licence for alleged sexual misconduct with patients. He continued: ‘The tragic backstory is that this young woman and her mother were in the car together and there was a horrific accident that resulted in her mother’s death and her suffering a traumatic brain injury that left her a mentally impaired quadriplegic, unable to communicate with anything other than guttural sound.’
