The Parañaque City government announced the upgrading of the system of e-libraries in different public schools, both in elementary and high school. ManilaBulletin
According to Mayor Eric Olivarez, based on the record of Local School Board head Rhodora Villar, the city has six public schools with existing E-libraries.
Olivarez said the existing E-libraries are in four elementary schools, namely: San Augustine Elementary School in Barangay Moonwalk; La Huerta Elementary School; Baclaran Elementary School Unit I, and Don Galo Elementary School. He said the two others are at the Parañaque National High School Main and at the Department of Education School Division Office.
The mayor said there are still 39 public schools -- 21 elementary and 17 high school and senior high school, that will also have their own E-libraries by placing the software in computers in their libraries. Olivarez said upgrading the E-libraries in public schools in the city will help students in their studies and teachers in gathering information.
