Parañaque City Mayor Eric Olivarez led the inauguration and blessing of a new child development center at the Sampaloc Site in Barangay BF Homes on Friday, May 19. | ManilaBulletin
Olivarez said the Bayabas Child Development Center is a welcome addition to the existing 16 child centers in Barangay BF and the overall 135 child centers around in the city.
During the blessing ceremony and inauguration, Olivarez emphasized the importance of education among the children.
