'It's a complete display of laziness, ignorance, and a 'can't be bothered' attitude'

Another Lebanon Close resident said"I've been sworn at, shouted at, and have nearly run over parents as they walk out in front of my car."

Dave Pearce, who posted one of the photos, said: “We've lived here for over 30 years and it's been going on for quite some time. “I appreciate there's no simple answer but it's a complete display of laziness, ignorance, and a 'can't be bothered' attitude by those that do it.“I would guarantee that if anything ever happened to a child whilst walking in the road, these drivers would be the first to state their outrage.”

Head teacher Emma Braund said: “Whilst parking choices are beyond our direct control, we do always ask that every visitor to our school parks respectfully and legally. “We have also encouraged our families to walk, scoot and cycle whenever possible to school, even if that is only for the last part of a journey.”County councillor Mark Watkin, who represents the Nascot ward, said: “The pressures created by parents parking illegally near Holy Rood have been an issue for many years because they travel further to have their children educated in an outstanding faith school.
