Tammy from Lesmahagow, whose son Kai was born 16 weeks early, added: “The petition will be debated on September 11 so we need as many signatures as we possibly can.” “It wasn’t what the Scottish Government led us to believe it was and we couldn’t discuss what is important to people.”
