Tracy's journey to alternative therapies began with her personal struggles with mental health. After experiencing the remarkable benefits of Reflexology and Reiki, she was inspired to transition from a 22-year career with the Ministry of Defence, including 12 years as an RAF medic, to become a Level 5 Clinical Reflexologist and Reiki Master.
Park Lane Therapies, which opened in November 2022, offers a lifeline to those grappling with anxiety, stress, fertility issues, mental health problems, and pain management. With a particular passion for supporting women through menopause, Tracy is currently undertaking a specialised menopause course to bolster her expertise.
In just six months, Tracy has amassed over 50 clients, providing life-altering treatments and receiving glowing feedback. Tracy's commitment to her work, coupled with her ability to balance her business around her family life, proves it's never too late to follow one's passion.
