An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt.An unknown offender stole a 2020 Chevy Malibu during the overnight hours of May 11 in the 400-500 block of Northwest Highway. The owner told police that the vehicle was unlocked, and the key fob was left in it.A 53-year-old Park Ridge man was arrested for aggravated battery-strangulation on the first block of North Dee Road on May 18 at 12:47 p.m.

An unknown offender entered a victim’s blue Subaru Outback while the owner was pumping gas at the BP gas station at 1220 West Touhy Avenue on April 21 at approximately 12:15 p.m. The offender stole the victim’s wallet.A Park Ridge Public Library patron left their gray/green NAVEE-S65 electric scooter locked to the library’s bike rack on May 12 around 2:30 p.m. When the owner returned around 6 p.m., the scooter was missing, and the lock was located but not damaged.
