The Pasay City government launched its “Libreng Sakay” program that will ferry commuters in the city for free from Dec. 1 to 30 as part of the city’s celebration of its 159th Pasay Day.
Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano led the launching of five E-jeepneys and five E-trikes during the regular Monday flag-raising ceremony held at the Pasay City Hall grounds on Monday, Nov. 28.
The mayor said the “Libreng Sakay” will also be offering specials routes on Dec. 1 during the conduct of a job fair from 9:00 a.m. and Christmas lighting at 6:00 p.m. She also thanked those who joined the “Padyak Pasay:Moving Forward as One Eco City” held on Saturday, Nov. 26 at Central Park, SM By the Bay.
