A passenger was found sitting of the floor of the back of an uninsured van after it pulled out on a roundabout in front of an unmarked police car.
Officers wanted to have a chat with the driver but say 'things got worse' when one of the three passengers in the vehicle was found sat on the floor in the back of the van. Police say they were say amongst 'all the pots and paints' and the van was found to have no business insurance. Lancashire Police posted about the discovery on Twitter.They wrote: "This van pulled in front of unmarked police car on a roundabout so was stopped to have a chat with the driver. Things got worse when one of 3 passengers was found sat on the floor in the back with all the pots and paints and the van had no business insurance.
