And fans of the 27-year-old are excited to see his transformation after they got a sneak peek on Instagram today after his fan page shared a clip of the Irishman at the gym. However, one of his followers was slightly more subdued, writing: "See now he’s a beautiful fella but I know I am getting old because my first thought was that I hope he is getting good food and rest as well."
